The Series 2003 bill is the last printed $2 bill in circulation. The signatures of former Secretary of the Treasury John W Snow and Treasurer Rosario Marin are printed on either side of President Thomas Jefferson's portrait.

The men depicted in the "Declaration of Independence" scene on the reverse side of the bill are 42 of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence as well as five other attendees.
