When tracking more than one package, type the tracking number of the first package into the online tracking tool, press Enter, and then type the second tracking number. The online tracking tool allows up to 24 numbers, separated by commas. To locate the tracking number, check the 16-digit number on your receipt or the 13 numeric and alphabetic characters. The 16-digit number consists of four sets containing four digits in each set.

To track a package by delivery notice card, select By Delivery Notice Card Number on the online tracking tool, and then type the 15-digit number located on the notification card sent in the mail. To track by reference number, go to the online tracking tool, click on the small arrow pointing downwards next to Tracking Number, and then select Reference Number. Type the reference number into the tracking tool, type the approximate shipping dates into the Shipping Date Range section and then click Track.
