To track Con-way freight, go to Con-Way.com, type the PRO number into the search box at the top-right corner of the home page, and then click Go. The PRO number is the nine-digit number assigned to each shipment, and appears on the yellow bar code sticker of that particular shipment.
The tracking tool on the Shipment Tracking window searches for up to 35 PRO numbers at a time, provided you type one number per line, or separate them with commas. If you are a registered user, you can track freight by the customs bond number, PRO number, customer reference number, pickup request confirmation number, or purchase order number. To check the shipment status of recently tracked freight, click the down-facing arrow next to Recently Tracked Shipments on the Shipment Tracking window, and select a PRO number from the drop-down menu to view the status of the shipment.
Alternatively, hover your mouse over the Support button on the Shipment Tracking page, and click Contact Us on the drop-down menu. On the new page, dial the telephone numbers provided under Con-way Freight Customer Service to speak to a customer care representative from Con-way about the status of a particular shipment. Click the Search Freight Knowledge Center button to view more information and answers to questions about orders and shipments on the Con-way website.
