Verizon offers a wireless home phone plan that customers can purchase from its website. Features of the phone service include up to two days of standby time, up to three hours of usage time and money back for power outages. Customers may be able to arrange transfers of their previous home phone numbers to this plan.
AT&T's landline home phone service offers packages that offer features such as flat phone rates, unlimited local calling, long distance and other features, depending on the plan. Some of the home plans also come with accompanying Internet packages. CenturyLink offers a basic, phone plus and unlimited phone plan. Some of the phones connect to home security systems.
Xfinity's home plans allow customers to check their home phone statuses from their mobile devices. Frontier's Full-Featured Phone provides caller ID, call waiting, three-way calling, basic voicemail and call forwarding. The company also offers Internet and home phone combinations.
