Some of the more popular Kenexa Prove It! tests include those that measure skills in common software programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Tests of administrative abilities, such as typing, filing and data entry, are also popular.
Kenexa Prove It! tests are used in job training and job candidate assessment. They are automated tests that appear in Web browsers but mimic the appearance of common software interfaces. Test takers are asked to perform a variety of actions in the software interface and assessed on how quickly and accurately they are able to complete the tasks. Software knowledge tests usually have between 30 and 55 questions, while typing and filing tests are between 10 and 20 minutes in length.
