The ADP Payroll WorkCenter lets users view their payroll and tax information online, 24 hours a day. Users may view pay stubs and W-2s, and they can also make changes to federal and state tax allowances and withholding information. Additionally, users may use the site to set up direct deposit accounts for fast and easy payment.
Employees can also use the WorkCenter to access time off and benefits information. In addition, users have the option to print pay stubs and tax documents for their personal records. They can also update and add personal information, such as address, marital status and bank details, and they can view and make changes to benefits during open enrollment periods.
To access the WorkCenter for the first time, a user must go to the WorkCenter login page and select First Time Users Register Here on the top-right of the screen. He must then input the company registration code and supply personal identification information such as name, date of birth and Social Security number. After that, the user selects a password, sets up security questions and supplies an email address. Once he receives an activation code in his email inbox and enters it on the login page, the account is set up, and he can begin to use the system.
