Visit tax.ohio.gov. Click on the Forms tab at the top of the page.
Type "Certificate of Exemption" into the search form on the next page. Scroll through the search results for the form with the same name.
Click on the PDF link to open the form and download it. Print one or more copies. Fill in the form when completing a sale and get the purchaser's signature.
