Wal-Mart job applications can be submitted online at the Hiring Center found on Wal-Mart's Corporate web site, WalMartStores.com. Wal-Mart job applications can also be submitted at in-store Hiring Center computer kiosks, usually located near customer service counters in the front or back of any Wal-Mart store.
As of April 2015, Wal-Mart does not provide or accept physical job applications. All applications must be submitted digitally either at the Hiring Center at WalMartStores.com or at a Hiring Center computer kiosk in a store.
Job applications at Wal-Mart generally ask for information regarding identity, work history and performance abilities related to specific on-duty tasks that must be performed as part of the job. Digital submission of the applications allows for a more efficient application and hiring process for both potential employees and Wal-Mart's Human Resources (HR) department. At the beginning of the application process, applicants are asked to create a Hiring Center Applicant Login, which allows for easy saving of incomplete applications for completion at a later time, as well as saving applicant information when applying for other Wal-Mart positions in the future. Registering for an Applicant Login is free of charge.
Wal-Mart's online Hiring Center and in-store Hiring Center kiosks both support English- and Spanish-language applications.
