Payments made using Time Warner Cable's online My Account option incur customers no additional fees. One-time and recurring payment options exist for customers, and in addition to credit and debit card payment options, customers can also use EFT transfers from their bank accounts to pay bills.
Customers wishing to use the mobile My TWC app must download this application from Google Play when using Android devices or the Apple Store when using an iPhone or iPad. Payments accepted using this mobile app include credit card, debit card and EFT transfer from a bank account.
Customers wishing to pay their bills in person may find the closest location using a store locator on the company's website. When paying at one of these approved locations, customers have the option of using cash, a money order, a check or a debit or credit card.
Individuals who wish to pay by phone may do so by calling 1-800-TWC-HELP, saying "pay my bill" and following the voice-activated prompts. Methods for payment accepted by phone include debit card, credit card and check by phone.Learn more about Personal Banking
