Customers of LGFCU can use Member Connect to pay their bills, transfer and wire funds, check the balances of their accounts, view images of their checks and order new checks. You can also apply for loans and send secure email via Member Connect, with no fees to use any services provided.
As of 2015, LGFCU does not have a mobile app, but Member Connect is still available for all mobile tablets and phones that have Web-enabled browsers. From the mobile-friendly version of Member Connect, customers can view account balances, posted transactions and recent activity. You can also transfer funds between accounts, pay bills to already-established payees, view any current loans and deposit rates, and find the nearest ATM location or LGFCU branch. All information is kept safe as no personal information is stored on a customer's phone.
