Customers can sign on to BBVA Compass by selecting the sign-in option under their account type on the account sign-in page of the BBVA Compass website and entering their user name and password. Customers can create an account online with their account number or card number and PIN.
If the customer doesn't know his account number, he can get assistance setting up his online account by contacting BBVA Compass customer service at 1-800-273-1057.
Once signed in to the account, customers can view account balances, transfer funds, pay bills and review online statements. They can also use the online service center to update personal information, open new accounts and request stop payments.
Transfers can be made between BBVA accounts, to other BBVA account holders or to other banks. International transfers are also available. Bill-pay services allow customers to pay bills as they arrive or set up recurring, automatic payments from their account. Email reminders ensure customers never miss a payment.
Customers can set up alerts to stay up-to-date on their account. Available alerts include account balance, deposit and withdrawal confirmations and notices when withdrawals or deposits pass a chosen threshold.
