The most common establishments required to complete Serving It Right certification are businesses with food-primary licenses, such as restaurants; liquor-primary licences, such as bars, nightclubs and stadiums; and licensee retail store licences, such as liquor stores. Other businesses and staff that may require SIR certification are those with catering, special care and special occasion liquor licenses.
