The Internet Teller from TruMark Financial allows users to access their accounts 24 hours a day. Users can perform such tasks as applying for a mortgage or other loan, downloading account information, transferring money or checking balances, all from their home computers. The tool also allows users to make loan payments, request disbursements, manage bills and re-order checks.
The Internet Teller also provides users the ability to print check images and manage their Bill Payment accounts. The Bill Payment account allows users to send money and payments securely online to virtually anyone. When the user inputs a person or company's name and information into the tool, the tool will send that person or company a payment in the form of either a check or an electronic transfer. The money comes directly out of the user's account. Users should set up a payment at least four days prior to the due date, as it often takes time for the payment to fully transfer; recurring payments are available.
All that a user needs to do to access Internet Teller tools is to enroll in service by filling out an online form. The service is free for account holders. When accessing Internet Teller, users must use an Internet browser supported by the tool, such as Internet Explorer. TruMark recommends that users only access the system through a secure server for the protection of the users' financial information.
