Eglin Federal Credit Union's bill paying service is free with an EFCU checking account as well as a minimum of three completed transactions each month. As of July 2015, customers are charged a $5 fee when they have completed fewer than three transactions. Customers can schedule payments up to a year in advance, and set up as many payments as they would like. Payments for mortgages, rent, insurance, utilities, credit cards and loans can be paid through the bill paying service.

Customers may also set up one-time payments for medical bills, sending money to family and friends and paying school tuition bill. Customers can change or add payments at their convenience. Customers receive notification every time a bill is available to renew, and the eBill service stores up to 84 months of eBill history, as of 2015.

Banking products offered by Eglin Federal Credit Union include checking and savings accounts, auto loans and a variety of insurance products. Customers can also take advantage of debt protection services, take out a mortgage or purchase share certificates.
