Optimum offers TV, Internet and phone services to customers. Each service has different packages and different prices ranges as shown on Optimum.net. There are no bundle options available as of October, 2015.
There are numerous packages that customers can chose from for their television needs. The base packages offered includes Broadcast Basic, Optimum Value, Optimum Preferred, Optimum Silver and Optimum Gold. The gold package has all the channels from the lower packages plus additional channels. No matter which package customers choose, there are additional fees for equipment, premium channels, international programming, sports packages and HD service.
The Internet packages include the Ultra 50, Ultra 75, Ultra 101 and Optimum Online. Each package has a different speed and features. The prices for the packages do not include the modems. Installation is a separate charge as well, notes Optimum.net.
The phone has one package, but comes with a lot of features. The features include voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, three-way calling, busy redial, call return, directory listing, call blocking and call forwarding. The service has several other features in addition to these. Additional lines can be added for an extra fee, up to three lines. Customers can pay an additional fee for international calling, battery backup and current number transfer. This service also has and additional installation fee.
