As of August 2015, Century Link QuickBillPay allows customers to make one-time bill payments for home phone, Internet or television services. Complete bill details or saved payment information is available only by accessing MyAccount.
To make a payment through QuickBillPay, customers enter account numbers or home phone numbers, as well as identification confirmation information. After signing on, customers indicate the payment amount and select the payment method. Savings or checking accounts and debit or credit cards are acceptable. Some locations also allow money market or ATM payments. After submitting the fee, a customer receives a receipt with a payment confirmation number, which indicates that the transaction has occurred.
