The TXU Energy MyAccount program allows customers to pay bills, sign up for automatic bill payment and update personal information, including address, email and phone numbers. The program also lets customers view energy usage and analyze usage factors, such as outdoor temperatures.
Online access is also available on mobile devices using the TXU Energy mobile website or iPhone and Android apps. Information is available 24 hours per day.
TXU Energy customers can create a MyAccount profile by completing the online sign-up process. Customers need their TXU Energy account number and either their Social Security number, driver's license number or tax ID number.
