Services available on the NFC Employee page include making changes to personal information such as address and phone number, adjusting both federal and state withholdings, making changes to direct deposit information and viewing health insurance information. Also available on the site are services such as adjusting financial allotments and altering savings bonds or Thrift Savings Plan contributions.
In addition, employees may use the site to view the status of documents being processed such as payroll documents, tax documents and health insurance documents. The system also provides documents such as W-2s and income verification forms. Employees have access to the site from any computer with Internet access and can log in to view information or make changes 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
When employees log in to the site, they may select preferences as to what information they wish to see displayed and which fields they want to make available on the menu bar. There is also a live chat option so that employees have access to assistance and answers to questions in real time.
To access the site, employees should go to the NFC Home page and click on MyEPP. First time users receive their ID and password in the mail and can log in once they receive this information. Any future password resets or prompts may be sent via email.
