In order to complete a transfer, a user must enter the recipient's first and last name as well as his phone number or email address. Ria delivers money to recipients by transferring it into the recipient's bank account or via courier delivery. A transfer that sends money via debit or credit card is processed in 15 minutes on average, states Ria. If a customer sends money via his bank account, the transfer is processed in approximately four days from the time the customer verifies the microdeposits Ria places in his bank account. Money transfers may be slowed depending on financial institutions' processing times.
