Forex Cargo services only the Philippine Islands. After the balikbayan box is received by Forex Cargo, it is then shipped to the Philippines to a Forex Cargo branch. The branches in the Philippines are in the metro Manila area, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

In order to pick up a balikbayan box from the sender's house, an appointment must be made, or the sender is able to bring to the box to a Forex location during regular business hours. Once the package is received at a Philippine Forex location, it is taken straight to the recipient's door.

Other services by Forex include travel arrangements and money remittance. A sender or recipient is able to access all these services and information on the Forex Cargo website.
