The Schwab site does have an option for live chat help on their services and support page. When a customer goes to the services and support page, clicking the 'live chat' link opens a pop up window. Users should make sure pop ups are enabled for this to work.
The pop up window asks for the user's name, email and what it is they need help with. The email is optional, but the rest is required, and the chat will not start without it. The pop up window includes a sign in link for current customers to use so that the customer service representative has access to their account information.
