The second section details the date the agreement is to be signed, and, if there is to be a probationary period, during which time the contract is eligible for termination by either party. This section also includes the process required to terminate the contract during the probation.
The next section contains the job description and the location from which the job is to take place. It lists the everyday duties required of the employee. This is followed by the work schedule expected of the employee. Next, the salary amount is detailed, as well as the payment schedule. This section also includes information on bonus eligibility, tax information and benefits offered.
