Customers can access their accounts with Rogers Communications online at Rogers.com through the MyRogers account portal. MyRogers provides Rogers customers with access to consolidated account information for all of their Rogers services, including monthly bills and statements.
Through MyRogers, customers can also update their contact information for their accounts, change their passwords and marketing permissions, and combine additional Rogers accounts with their main profiles. Customers can view and pay their account balances as well as set up pre-authorized payments.
Other features include the ability to view usage for wireless services, upgrade cell phones, change Internet packages and add TV channels. Customers can also access troubleshooting resources and find additional information about products and services.
