One of the most popular tours as of 2015 is Adventures Afloat Cruises, which allows participants to travel various waterways around the world and learn more about river boats, ocean liners and small ships. The Independent City Discoveries program combines guided instruction consisting of lectures and expert-led field trips with self-guided excursions that allow for independent exploration of a certain city.
One age-specific program is Grandparent Travel, a program in which grandparents bring their grandchildren and participate in a mixture of field trips and interactive learning experiences.
The Service Learning trips offer opportunities for service-minded participants, allowing them to make a difference in locations all over the world. These programs include forest restoration, museum curatorial assistance and more.
