As of August 2015, applicants for jobs at RGIS must complete nine steps, including pre-employment information, personal information, work history and education, a prescreening questionnaire and an assessment. To access the job application, candidates must use a valid email address to create an account on the company’s website at RGISLLC.Taleo.net.
The pre-employment section consists of basic questions about age, eligibility to work in the United States, felony conviction and willingness to work in shifts. The personal information section requests standard information including name, address, country, phone number and email address.
The work history and education section requires candidates to provide information about all previous employment and their highest level of education completed. The prescreening questionnaire section includes questions about access to reliable transportation, willingness to commute and possession of a valid driver’s license. The assessment section evaluates the attitude and aptitude of the candidate.
The voluntary information section requests the ethnicity, race, gender, veteran status and disability identification of candidates. The summary section displays the information entered in the previous eight steps and gives candidates the option to edit any information before submitting the application.
RGIS has three categories of job opportunities listed on its website: hourly and part-time opportunities, field management opportunities and professional opportunities.
