Guerdon Modular Buildings won the 2016 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design from the National Association of Home Builders. It also won the 2015 Modular Building Institute Award of Distinction and the Structure Award from Silicon Valley Business Journal for a San Jose, California project.

The company builds prefabricated housing and constructs apartment buildings in a fraction of the usual time. In 2015, Guerdon built the Evita midtown apartments in Sacramento, California and replaced cabins at Yellowstone National Park with its products.
