Customers can call Mopar to arrange a return. Alternatively, they can fill out a form and send it back with the items they wish to return. Those who cannot print the form can include a copy of the packing slip and the reason for their return. Customers who do not have the packing slip can leave a note with their name, phone number, address and order number.

Mopar reserves the right to deny returns or charge a restocking fee if items arrive without the required documentation. Mopar also reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items that arrive after 30 days from the date of the original purchase. The online store also charges a restocking fee for any special order items.

Mopar only takes items back that are in the original packaging. The store makes exceptions for defective goods. Customers have to return all the manuals and paperwork that they received in the box. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping and handling fees involved in returning items.

Customers who have received a defective or damaged item must contact Mopar immediately. Mopar does not compensate customers for items that UPS damaged if customers return them without UPS inspection and claim issue.
