Return shipping labels are sent via email within two business days after you initiate a return online at ideel.com. To initiate a return, log into your customer account, and click the Orders link from the drop-down menu under the Account heading on the top left of the home page.
Click the Returns link located on the left of the My Account Web page. Click Make a Return. Select the item that you wish to return, and click the Proceed to the Next Step link. Follow the prompts to complete the return, including whether you want a store credit with free return shipping or a refund to the original form of payment minus a shipping charge.
To determine whether or not an item is eligible for return, check the right side of the item's detail page. Unless the product page indicates otherwise, you may return eligible items up to 21 days after the shipping date.
As of 2015, only items in new condition are eligible for return. In addition, only unopened home products, electronics, books, music and videos are eligible for return. Toys and games that are unopened are also eligible for return.
Click the Help link located on the top left of the home page for assistance with your return. Next, select the Chat Online Now link to activate an online chat session. Alternatively, you may click the Send Us An Email link for email assistance with a return.
