The India-based company Reliance Communications offers a global calling card service. Users pay from a payment method associated with their accounts. Customers can make calls through the service's mobile app or dial a toll-free number to begin the calling process, notes the Reliance website.
The calling card service can route the customer's call automatically through the mobile app so that the call time is charged to the Reliance account and the customer benefits from the reduced call rate, states Reliance. Users can set up auto-recharge to load more money to the account when it is almost empty, and users can also add funds through the company's customer service 24 hours a day. Other benefits that come with the calling card service include pinless dialing, call redirecting and balance updates when calls are made.
