Customers who wish to utilize the online portal can view their bank account statements for all of their checking, savings and credit card accounts. They can view, print and save images of checks, withdrawal slips and deposit slips. Customers also have the option of receiving free, personalized updates for all savings, checking and credit card accounts. They can sign up for these alerts, and the alerts can be sent to as many as four different email addresses and one mobile phone number.
Additionally, customers can automatically transfer funds easily from one Fifth Third account to another when using the online portal. Customers can also schedule recurring or one-time transfers between Fifth Third and external bank accounts. They can also download information using QuickBooks, Microsoft Money or Quicken.
