The customer receives an email to the address she provides allowing access to the full registration form, which requires her to provide her name, phone number, address and to create a password. Alternately, the customer can join the program through an active account on select social media sites, such as Facebook or Twitter. After completing the registration, she receives a rewards card in the mail.

Any time the customer visits a participating Red Robin location, she must provide the server with her card in order to receive or redeem any member benefits. If she does not have her card, she may provide the phone number registered with her account.
