Find ratings of different healthcare programs by visiting the National Committee for Quality Assurance website at NCQA.org and navigating to its NCQA Health Insurance Plan Ratings 2015 to 2016 summary report page. This report contains the ratings of more than 1,300 health insurance plans, including private, Medicare and Medicaid healthcare programs, notes NCQA.org.
The NCQA uses several criteria to evaluate healthcare programs offered by various health insurance providers. These performance measures include member satisfaction, clinical quality and the NCQA accreditation survey outcome, states NCQA.org. To find ratings of different healthcare programs based on the NCQA standards, use an Internet-enabled device and follow the instructions provided below.

- Access the ratings summary report page
- View ratings
Open a Web browser and go to NCQA.org. Hover the mouse pointer over the Report Cards menu tab and click on Health Plans. Locate the Health Insurance Ratings link on the left side of the page and click on it.
Click on the "2015 Health Insurance Plan Ratings" link. Click on "See All Health Insurance Plan Ratings" to proceed.
Browse through the list of health insurance plans with their corresponding ratings. The ratings are based on a scale from one to five, with five as the highest in terms of overall performance. To find the ratings of Medicare or Medicaid plans, select the relevant program from the drop-down menu, choose the preferred state and click on the Search button to view matching search results.
