As of 2015, QVC does not provide completely free returns. If the customer returns merchandise within 30 days of purchase, the company provides a refund equal to the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling cost and the return label fee.
QVC only refunds the original shipping and handling fee if the product is defective or if the company sent the merchandise in error. QVC credits the refund to the credit card used to purchase the item, but it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on the statement.
Buyers can also exchange items within 30 days of purchase, but the return fee still applies.
