To find forms, taxpayers navigate to the site’s home page and click on the Forms & Manuals link. Taxpayers can search for current and archived forms, according to DOR.MO.gov. To locate a particular form, taxpayers use the search feature found on the Forms & Manuals page. By typing in a form number or name in the search box, the taxpayer can search for forms with that number in both current and archived formats.

Taxpayers may also use the drop-down menu in the Category section of the page to browse forms in specific tax categories, such as Personal Tax, Individual Income Tax, Business Tax and others. In addition, taxpayers can sort a list of tax forms on the page by number, name, tax year and revision dates. Archived tax forms are available by selecting the tax year of the desired forms from the pull-down menu under Tax Year. As of 2015, the site offers forms archived as far back as 1995.
