Wells Fargo does not sell Iraqi dinar in any location, either online or at physical locations. As of 2015, Wells Fargo has foreign currency available for over 100 countries at its physical locations. More than 70 currencies are available on the online order site.
As a financial institution, Wells Fargo's Foreign Exchange department must decide if there is a business case for carrying a specific currency. According to an email exchange between Wells Fargo corporate communications director Kate Ellis and Forbes Finance contributor John Wasick, as of 2015, Wells Fargo only provides banknote services to customers for travel-related purposes and, given the state of affairs in Iraq, travel to the country is highly unlikely.
