As of April 2015, Green Dot does not provide a telephone number online for MoneyPak customers. The company advises customers to call the toll-free number printed on the back of a MoneyPak card for assistance.
Consumers can also contact customer service through a form on the MoneyPak website. The form warns customers not to include personal information, such as a MoneyPak number or date of birth, in the message. Customer service responds to online inquiries via email using the address provided on the form. Green Dot no longer distributes MoneyPak cards, but customers can add funds to other prepaid cards, such as Serve, at participating stores.
