Expedia does not publish a contact number on its website, but instead offers an option for a customer to request a call from a customer service representative, as of 2015. To access this feature, notes Expedia, hover over the Support tab on the website's home page, and then click on Customer Support. Click the blue Contact Us button to initiate a call back.
When initiating a call back, states Expedia, choose a topic from the drop-down menu on the box that pops up. At this point, you can opt to review help topics or move to the third step, and click Get a Callback. From there, enter your name and phone number, and then click Call Me. Wait time for return calls is less than 5 minutes.
