Intuit uses a ViewMy PayCheck app that gives employees access to their paycheck information 24 hours, 7 days a week. The company eliminates cost for employers by eliminating the need for printing and mailing paychecks to employees each week. Employees must create an account to be able to view their paystubs at the website.

PayStubs Online is a web-based tool that allows employers to generate electronic paystubs that are viewed on the site by employees. Employees are given a password protected account that enables them full access to their payment records online.

Employees can access their pay stubs, W-2s, 401(k) and FSA information, as well as bank account information for direct deposits, contact deposits and many other important details about their paychecks through Paychex. Just as with the other sites, the employer must sign up with the company before the employee can create an account and gain access to the information.
