Dayton Power and Light's eBill program eliminates paper bills and allows online account management. Customers may make one-time payments or schedule automatic payments with eBill at no cost. With the company's automatic payment plan, customers continues to receive paper bills and payments are automatically deducted from their bank accounts when due.

DP&L accepts one-time Speedpay payments through Western Union via the form linked on the Payment Options page. Customers make payments via Speedpay at 1-866-305-3095 using a checking account, debit or credit card. This service is available online 24 hours a day, and payments made before 7 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, post to the customer's account the next business day.

Customers wishing to pay in person may find payment locations using the ZIP code search box under the In Person section of the Payment Options page. Payments may also be mailed to Bill Payments, Dayton Power & Light, P.O. Box 740598 Cincinnati, OH, 45274-0598.
