Individuals wishing to pay their T-Mobile bill online should log in at the official website, select Billing, click the Pay Bill button, and fill in the fields required for payment processing. The payment usually posts immediately, but customers can contact T-Mobile Customer Service if it hasn't posted within two hours.
T-Mobile allows its customers to store payment information so payments can be made quickly. This information can be updated as needed using the convenient interface within customers' account pages. Customers can also pay their bills with a credit or debit card or by EFT by calling 1-877-746-0909, using the automatic Easy Pay option or by making an in-store payment at a T-Mobile location. A check or money order can also be mailed in if necessary.
T-Mobile customers can schedule automatic payments within their account interfaces. This is done by selecting Billing, clicking the Pay Bill button, and then choosing the calendar icon and selecting the payment date. The customer then selects the payment method they're using and clicks next to complete the scheduling process.
If T-Mobile customers need extra time to pay their bills, they can elect to set up a payment arrangement with the company. To do this, click the Billing button, select Pay Bill, and then choose Make a Payment Arrangement. If this option isn't available on their customer interfaces, customers aren't eligible for this option.
