It is possible to pay off an Amazon.com store card online by signing in to your Synchrony Bank account, explains Amazon.com. Synchrony Bank is the issuer of Amazon.com store cards. From there, hover over Payments at the top of the page, then scroll down and click on Make a Payment. You can choose to pay the minimum payment, statement balance or current balance, or type in another amount.
Once you have determined how much you wish to pay, enter your bank's routing and checking number in the designated fields, then confirm your banking information, explains Amazon.com. Once you verify that the information is correct, click Make a Payment. The payment processes from there.
It is also possible to pay the balance on an Amazon.com store card by calling Synchrony Bank at 866-634-8379, as of September 2015. A payment made through the automated phone system is free, but the bank may charge a $10 fee if you choose to pay using a live customer service representative.
To make a payment by mail, send a check or money order, made payable to SYNCHRONY/Amazon, and enclose the payment along with the payment slip from the monthly statement. Mail the payment to Synchrony/Amazon, P.O. Box 960013, Orlando, FL 32896-0013.
