To pay a Military Star card bill online, account holders must log in to the Account Summary page, and click Make a Payment, according to the Exchange Credit Program. Account holders must add checking or savings account information, and then schedule an online payment by selecting the payment date.
Account holders can schedule a one-time payment or schedule weekly, bi-weekly or monthly recurring payments, states ECP. They can also add or edit recurring payments or schedule additional one-time payments at any time. In addition, account holders can select the payment amount for each payment scheduled and can schedule payments by phone.
As of June 2015, Military Star cards allow account holders to purchase items from select Army and Air Force Exchange, Marine Corp Exchange, Navy Exchange and Coast Guard Exchange locations, explains ECP. Account holders can also use a Military Star Cards to purchase items online through websites such as shopmyexhange.com and myNavyExchange.com.
Additional benefits of Military Star cards include special discounts and promotions along with free standard shipping through shopmyexchange.com, according to ECP. Military Star cards do not have annual fees, late fees or over-limit fees. The Military Clothing Plan, offered to qualifying Military Star card account holders, provides a line of credit that account holders can use to purchase military uniforms and other required clothing items.
