Customers may make no-fee, one-time payments from their checking or savings account for the present or a future date. You may set up monthly, recurring payments to be withdrawn on the due date of the bill electronically via My Account or through the mail by completing an authorization form. Payments may be scheduled through My Account, the automated payment line or by speaking with an agent at 888-427-5632.

The Western Union Speedpay utility bill payment center accepts online and phone payments from cards bearing the MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express logos for a small fee. You may also make a walk-in cash payment at any Western Union location for a small convenience fee.

Your local MidAmerican Energy customer office accepts full and partial cash, check and money order payments. You can locate the office nearest you online through the Customer Offices link.
