Customers can pay an HSN bill online on HSN.com, by phone with HSN's customer service agents, or by mailing the payment via U.S. mail. HSN expects all payments by the due date or by 6 p.m. EST on the due date when paying online or via phone.
Customers must have registered accounts with HSN's Account Management site to pay the bills online. Follow the steps below to make an online payment.
- Navigate to HSN.com
- Choose an Account type
- Log into or create an account
- Choose the Pay Online option
Navigate to HSN.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on the Pay Your Bill link located under the HSN Card icon. This redirects to another page with information about making online payments.
HSN accepts payments for both its HSN Card and HSN MasterCard via its website. Click on the blue radio button that corresponds to the card the payment is being made for.
Log into the account when prompted using the unique user ID and password combination, or register for an account. First-time users must create accounts to access the payment feature.
Select the Pay Online option from the bar on the left, and then tick the I Agree box to agree to the Bill Agreement terms and condition. If paying by check, enter the bank routing number and checking account number. Enter payment information, and submit the payment. To schedule a payment in advance, select the date for the scheduled payment, being sure to schedule it for before 6 p.m. on the due date. Call customer care at 1-888-724-6649 for HSN Cards or 1-866-702-9947 for HSN MasterCard's for paying payments after 6 p.m. to have the account credited for the due date.
