The department includes a step-by-step tutorial as a PDF on its website at Dor.MyFlorida.com. After logging in through the Department of Revenue portal, businesses have the option to pay the taxes, or to first file and then pay. Revenues are filed on a month-by-month basis, and users have the option to file up to 11 months in the past or one month in the future.
After filling in contact information, users then fill in the applicable fields. The form helps users by suggesting corrections and allowing them to review the information before they submit the form to the Department of Revenue. To pay taxes, users may either choose bank information already on file or input a payment method on their own. There are helpful error messages, such as when account numbers do not match each other. There is then another opportunity to review information. When users are satisfied with the accuracy of their information, they may submit and print their confirmation pages.Learn more about Taxes
