Alternatively, customers may mail payments to the City of Denton P.O. box, or they may pay online using quick pay or pre-authorized bill payment for automatic drafts.

After hours, customers may drop check or money order payments into the drop box. The city accepts walk-in payments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the address on the customer service area of the City of Denton website, as of 2015.
