Pay your Regional Water Authority bill online through the bill pay portal of the Regional Water Authority website after you enroll your account in paperless billing. You can also pay your bill with cash at an authorized payment location.
You may also be able to pay your bill directly through your bank's website, if you bank offers an online bill-pay service. Bills can also be paid by phone using the company's automated phone payment system, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can pay using a Visa or MasterCard. Customer care representatives are available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you would like to pay your bill through the mail, send a check rather than cash. Checks should be made payable to the Regional Water Authority. Do not attach, staple or tape anything to your bill, and include both the payment and the bill stub in your envelope. Sufficient time should be allowed to ensure timely credit to your account.
When making payments in person, you can do so at the Regional Water Authority's headquarters, located at 90 Sargent Drive in New Haven, as of 2015. The hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
