The Make Payment option allows account holders to select the account they'd like to pay from and the amount of the payment. This option also lets users choose one-time payment or set up recurring payments. Payments made before 7 p.m. EST are dated on the business day the payment is made, and payments made after 7 p.m. EST are dated the next business day.

As of March 2015, payments to Barclaycard accounts can also be made using the financial institution's automated phone payment system by calling 1-877-523-0478. Payments can also be mailed to Card Services, P.O. BOX 13337, Philadelphia, PA 19101-3337, and express mail payments can be remitted to Card Services, Lock Box 913337, 2080 Cabot Boulevard West, Langhorne, PA 19047.

If cardholders would prefer speaking to a live customer service representative, they can call 1-877-523-0478 and ask to speak to a Relationship Manager from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. EST. The representative takes down payment information and credits the account that business day if payment is made before 7 p.m. EST.
