Customers that are paying their OUC bills via eCheck are not charged any fees, as of April 2015. However, using a credit or debit card for an online bill payment does require a $3.75 fee. Credit or debit cards can only be used to make one-time payments. Customers can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover branded cards. EChecks can be used for single payments or to set up recurring payments through AutoPay. This payment option is deducted directly from the customer's checking or savings account.

The AutoPay option provides customers with the ability to have their OUC bills paid automatically every month. Customers can download an AutoPay application directly from the OUC website.

Customers also have the ability to view their OUC bills using the online bill pay system. The online bill pay system does require that customers set up an account in order to view and pay bills online.
