Customers can pay their AT&T bill by mailing a check, paying by phone, or by scheduling a payment via the Internet. They can schedule online payments through ATT.com, via Doxo.com, or as automatic payments from a checking or savings account.
Payments made by phone or Internet require a debit or credit card or account number from the customer’s financial institution. The card or account must be in the account holder’s name. AT&T also accepts in-person payments at an AT&T Pay Station, CheckFreePay agents or at an authorized payment location. There is no additional charge when paying by phone or online.
